Bow Valley College has received $3.8M in funding from the Government of Canada’s Adult Learning, Literacy and Essential Skills Program to lead the Skills for Success: Validation Study. Skills for Success is an updated skills model that includes nine foundational skills that Canadians need to thrive in their work, learning, and life. The three-and-a-half-year project will see BVC completing research to validate the updated model, including designing and piloting skills evaluations and training modules.
