CNA, Cambrian launch new degree programs

College of the North Atlantic and Cambrian College recently launched new degree programs. CNA will offer a new Bachelor of Applied IT: Systems and Network Cybersecurity program that will address the significant demand for skills in cybersecurity. Students who complete a related two-year diploma at CNA can apply to enter the program’s third year through a competitive-entry process. Cambrian has announced the launch of a stand-alone Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) degree program. The program will include an emphasis on leadership development, interprofessionalism, and health promotion, and provide a variety of hands-on training opportunities. “We’re confident it will produce graduates with the knowledge and hands-on skills to be leaders in the nursing profession,” said Cambrian School of Health Sciences Dean Dr June Raymond.
