The Holland College’s Atlantic Police Academy and the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) have formed an agreement that will see the academy providing cadet training to RNC’s new hires. RNC Cadets will receive $10K towards their tuition, earn $15/hour while training, and be employed at the RNC if they successfully complete the Police Science (Cadet) program. “We are very pleased that the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has entrusted the APA and Holland College to deliver cadet training for their new hires,” said Forrest Spencer, Executive Director of the Atlantic Police Academy. “The RNC is offering a very attractive training package to prospective officers, and we are extremely proud to be part of it.” Holland College Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
