Lakeland launches agri sales and customer relations certificate program

Lakeland College has partnered with industry to launch an apprenticeship-style agri sales and customer relations certificate program. Students will develop their knowledge and skills in a variety of areas, including sales orientation, negotiation, marketing, and sales ethics. The program takes 12 months to complete and includes online and on-the-job training, mentorship, and two work placements. “We are excited to grow our agricultural sciences programming with the agri sales and customer relations certificate program as a solution to the declining pool of agricultural sales professionals,” said Lakeland School of Agricultural Sciences Dean Geoff Brown.
