NorQuest launches energy advisor program

NorQuest College has launched a tuition-free energy advisor program. The program takes 20 days to complete, and prepares students to write Natural Resources Canada’s two certification exams. Students will learn how to conduct energy audits and provide recommendations to homeowners on how to improve their home’s efficiency. The program and certification are funded by the Government of Canada. “Canada’s transition to a greener, more efficient economy means incredible opportunities for job seekers,” said NorQuest VP of External Relations and Partnerships Marian Gayed. “This inclusive vision for employment will help graduate dozens of skilled energy advisors to outstanding careers making our homes greener and our economy more diversified.” NorQuest Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
