Police have arrested a man after a University of Windsor student was assaulted last week near campus. A 25-year-old man was arrested and is reportedly facing charges related to sexual assault. UWindsor has announced that it will increase its patrol efforts on campus, and encouraged those on campus to use the university’s safety initiatives such as the Walk Safe and Working Alone programs. Police are investigating if the assault was linked to previous reports of students being followed to their vehicles.
