Saskatchewan Polytechnic has announced that it has received a $1.2M investment for its Research in Additive Manufacturing and Prototyping (RAMP) facility. Sask Polytech will receive $1M from PrairiesCan and $200K from Innovation Saskatchewan to purchase new equipment for printing, prototyping, production infrastructure, and intelligent automation. “Saskatchewan Polytechnic plays a key role in growing the province’s manufacturing sector,” said Jeremy Harrison, Minister Responsible for Innovation Saskatchewan. “Through this investment, Innovation Saskatchewan is pleased to support our regional manufacturers and create opportunities for additional research and industry partnerships.” Sask Polytech Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
