Sault launches independent Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

Sault College has announced that it is launching a stand-alone Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. The program will allow students to gain training while staying local, which will help address the need for nurses in the region. The program will start in Fall 2022 and will take four years to complete. Sault has also launched a Registered Practical Nurse to BScN bridging program, which is scheduled to start in January 2023. “We are thrilled to build upon this with the addition of the Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN) program and the new Registered Practical Nurse to BScN bridging program and continue to provide and support education in this critical, in-demand field,” said Sault President Dr Ron Common.
