Trent University and Memorial University have each provided updates on their collective bargaining processes. Trent and the Trent University Faculty Association (TUFA) have reached a tentative settlement on a new agreement that will be subject to ratification by both TUFA members and Trent’s Board of Governors. At Memorial, the Memorial University Faculty Association (MUNFA) has reportedly reached an impasse with the university, triggering a 15-day cooling off period has been triggered.
