The University of King’s College has announced a partnership with Mitacs that will support research in the humanities and social sciences. Mitacs will help organizations from hospitals to small businesses to municipalities access postsecondary talent with analytical skills and knowledge in human behaviour. The partnership will also help social science and humanities students apply their expertise while working on real-world problems. Mitacs and host organizations will share the cost of internships. “This partnership presents a truly exciting opportunity for King’s graduates and for businesses and organizations in and beyond Nova Scotia,” said U of King’s College President William Lahey.
