UMontréal, Maple Bear partner to support teacher training

The Université de Montréal has partnered with Maple Bear Global Schools to support training teachers in French as a Second Language (FSL) instruction. UMontréal offer training to French as a second language teachers employed by Maple Bear, develop teaching materials, and give Maple Bear students the opportunity to attend a summer school at the university to absorb French Canadian culture. Maple Bear graduates will have the opportunity to study at UMontréal campuses. UMontréal will also verify that Maple Bear has met specific educational criteria and host scientific sessions at Maple Bear’s annual symposium. The partnership will focus on supporting the next generation of students, who will have more global and linguistic opportunities.
