UNB announces post-bachelor’s certificate in nursing leadership and management

The University of New Brunswick is launching a new Certificate in Nursing Leadership and Management to support health care professionals who are entering or aspiring towards leadership roles. The post-bachelor’s certificate includes five health-care-focused courses on topics such as communication, change leadership, and human resources. The program will launch this Fall and will be available on a part-time or full-time basis. “This post-bachelor’s certificate is part of our overall Integrated Health Initiative (IHI), which merges health education with social innovation and greater collaboration to support systemic health care reform,” said UNB VP Saint John Dr Petra Hauf.
