Portage, Tyndale launch new programs

Portage College and Tyndale University have each unveiled new programs. Portage has launched an Aircraft Structures Technician Certificate which will begin in Fall 2026. Students in the program will learn about aircraft maintenance and structural integrity as well as the materials used for work on aircrafts. Tyndale has launched a five-year dual degree, which will enable students to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Theology and a Master of Divinity in five years. Tyndale Professor Benjamin E Reynolds said that the shortened program merges the best of both degrees, adding that he hopes this pathway “offer[s] the best pastoral training we can, and to more students who might not otherwise have considered a Seminary education.”
