Academica Group Surveys
Personal Information is any information that is identifiable with you. This information may include but is not limited to your name, age, gender, email address, and, in certain circumstances, your opinions and individual preferences.
We will always collect your Personal Information by fair and lawful means. We may receive your email address from a third party, like an educational institution. Contractual agreements between us and our partners ensure that your personal information will not be shared with anyone and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. We may also collect this information directly from you while conducting research surveys.
We identify the purposes for which we use your Personal Information at the time we collect such information from you and obtain your consent. One of the primary purposes for which we collect your Personal Information is to conduct social and market research through conducting surveys.

Academica Group Future Research and StudentVu Panel
Once a panelist joins our panel, our email messages clearly show how you can opt-out of receiving future email communications by including an unsubscribe link. All communications include an unsubscribe link in the foot of the email.
We will ensure that your Personal Information is kept as accurate, complete and up-to-date as possible. When we collect Personal Information from you, we rely on you for its accuracy.
All Information is securely stored using the methods described in the Academica Group Surveys section above, and we do not sell the Personal Information of panelists and research participants at any time for any reason. Access to private, sensitive and confidential information of research panelists, including contact information, is restricted to authorized employees of Academica Group. When reporting on the findings of research conducted by Academica Group that involves the Future Research and StudentVu Panel, all findings are anonymized and reported in an aggregate form. Individual completed surveys are not made available to the public.
