King’s University College has announced the launch of its new interdisciplinary Minor in Migration and Border Studies. The program will cover the impacts of borders and the lives of migrants, while helping students to advance their critical thinking abilities. The program will integrate experiential learning and research, and will offer opportunities for students to collaborate on faculty research projects. “Gaining critical insight and empathy about migration and borders today will help students promote hospitality and understanding in their careers and their daily lives,” said King’s Professor Dr Benjamin Muller.
