The Government of New Brunswick has partnered with Beal University in Maine to provide an opportunity for NB students to enrol in Beal’s nursing program. Beal offers a three-year accelerated nursing program that will enable students to complete their education faster so that they can alleviate pressures in NB’s health system. The program includes an 18-month nursing associate’s degree and a 14-month bachelor of science in nursing. NB students will complete their clinical placements in the province, and will also be offered a reduced tuition rate of $42K and a $6K “incentive grant” from NB to help with the costs of studying outside of Canada if they agree to work in NB for one year after graduation.
