OPP charges security contractor employed by OPC with criminal harassment, extortion

A security contractor employed by the Ontario Police College has been charged with criminal harassment and extortion. St Thomas Today reports that two students filed a complaint about a private-sector security contractor with the college, which in turn contacted the Ontario Provincial Police. The complaint was investigated by the Elgin OPP and a 53-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of extortion and two counts of criminal harassment.
