Staffing levels increased, mandatory court dates dropped in Kingston in preparation for St Patrick’s Day

As St Patrick’s Day approaches, Kingston police have announced that they will increase their staffing levels in the University District community and will not impose mandatory court appearances on those who receive fines for nuisance parties.
