The University of Calgary has partnered with the Government of Alberta, Alberta Health Services, and the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation to establish a Centre for Research and Innovative Care at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. The centre will bring together biomedical specialists, data scientists, physicians, nurses, and therapists to conduct vital research and translate the findings into health outcomes for children. “UCalgary’s network of medical researchers need to be connected to frontline clinicians to truly transform children’s health,” said UCalgary President Dr Ed McCauley.
