UNBC renews agreement with Northern Health to develop capacity, further knowledge

The University of Northern British Columbia and Northern Health have renewed an agreement to work together to develop capacity and further health-related knowledge. The agreement will focus on addressing health-related human resource needs, improving care, developing collaboration supports, and enhancing cultural safety and humility. “We have had a long-standing working relationship with Northern Health, which has led to a wide variety of opportunities for our students and faculty, including immersed study placements, shared learning spaces and focused research relationships,” said UNBC President Dr Geoff Payne. “This MOU ensures we will continue to work well together to improve health care services across northern BC” UNBC Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
