Université de Saint-Boniface will embark on over $4.5M in infrastructure work, thanks to new funds and supports from the Governments of Canada and Manitoba. The funds will go towards renovating and upgrading two teaching chemistry laboratories, a research and instrumentation laboratory, and storage and preparation rooms. USB’s hall of the Faculty of Education will receive additional funding to upgrade and modernize its spaces. “This investment will give us the means to carry out the significant—and necessary—transformation, so that we can provide a cutting-edge chemistry laboratory, as well as interactive, multipurpose classrooms tailored to new developments in teaching and scientific requirements,” said USB Rector Sophie Bouffard.
