The Vancouver Police Department has arrested and charged a man who allegedly committed an indecent act at Langara College. The man was also wanted for two other incidents that reportedly occurring in 2019 and 2021. He has been charged with one count of committing an indecent act in public for an incident on March 27, in which police say the man exposed himself to a worker at Langara. Two other incidents occurred in Langara’s library in March and April, but the man has not been charged in these incidents.
