Assiniboine Community College has opened the new Diane Shamray International Education Centre. The centre will act as a central hub for ACC’s ESL programming and preparatory courses, as well as housing ACC’s International staff. The space is named after retired senior administrator Diane Shamray, who helped grow ACC’s international student population during her time as Vice President of International. “I have been very fortunate to have had a long career in education and have witnessed how the growth in international and newcomer students continues to transform Assiniboine College and surrounding communities in a positive way,” said Shamray.
