Algonquin College has joined the national AI institute Amii (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute)’s AI Workforce Readiness Consortium. Through its membership in the consortium, Algonquin will be able to offer students and employees a variety of benefits, including access to AI literacy resources, a national network with resources and curriculum supports, and learning opportunities. “This partnership will help equip our graduates with the practical AI skills, adaptability, and judgement needed to contribute meaningfully to Canada’s evolving economy,” said Algonquin President Claude Brulé.
