Vanier College has installed a new bee hotel to provide native bees with safe nesting habitats so they can thrive on campus. The project was spearheaded by Vanier student Rafaële Galarneau and supported by Vanier Architectural Technology department coordinator Michael Lancione, the Vanier Gardens team, the Environment and Wildlife Management department, the Campus Biodiversity Team, and Vanier administration. “It’s always beautiful to see a student-led project come to life, especially when it’s well-supported by dedicated teachers and staff,” said Vanier Science and Technology Dean Haritos Kavallos.
