Vancouver Community College has signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with universities from Ireland and Taiwan. The MOUs reaffirm VCC’s commitment to international collaboration and expanded opportunities for its students. VCC and the Atlantic Technological University in Ireland have signed an MOU that will provide degree and advanced diploma completion opportunities alongside opportunities for joint curriculum design and exchanges. VCC also signed MOUs with National Chung Cheng University, Shu-Te University, and Hungkuang University from Taiwan that will focus on providing opportunities for enhanced instructor training and English as an additional language training. “Being able to share our learning and goals with colleagues from around the world … helps build innovation and educational growth for all,” said VCC director of international education Jennifer Gossen.
