York University has launched the Certificate in Disability Case Management. This part-time program focuses on workplace accommodation needs and disability management. The program will offer students the foundational theory, practical knowledge, and applied experience they need to support employees who are going through workplace transitions related to their disabilities. The certificate takes three months to complete and is offered in a blended synchronous and asynchronous format. “By learning from industry professionals and engaging with real-world cases, students gain the knowledge and experience to help organizations create more inclusive workplaces and ensure people have the support they need to succeed,” said YorkU AVP of Continuing Studies Christine Brooks-Cappadocia.
