Typical Timing:
January to June.

Learn why they said no. The ADS provides a thorough understanding into why applicants are declining your offers so that you can convert your best applicants into enthusiastic students.

Target: Accepted applicants who declined an offer of acceptance from your institution.
Typical Survey Timing: June to October.
Key Topics Covered: Decliner demographics; the rationale behind declining your offer of acceptance; and where decliners intend to go instead, the offer they received (timing, scholarships, etc.), and why they intend to go there.  

Identify and strengthen the institutional attributes, initiatives, and marketing efforts that convinced your incoming students to accept your offer of admission.

Target: Accepted applicants who accepted an offer of acceptance from your institution.
