Collège nordique partners with literacy council, NWT to launch outreach centre

Collège nordique francophone, NWT Literacy Council, and the Government of the Northwest Territories have officially opened a bilingual literacy outreach centre in Yellowknife. Supported by $400K from NWT, the centre will deliver literacy and skills development services in French and English. “This new bilingual literacy outreach centre will provide residents of Yellowknife with inclusive, community-based programs and supports that help people strengthen essential skills, build confidence, and pursue new opportunities,” said NWT Minister of Education, Culture and Employment Caitlin Cleveland.
