A group of 88 members of the Gaelic College Foundation have written an open letter calling on the board of governors to meet with the foundation and respond “in good faith” to their concerns. The members state that their repeated requests for a meeting with the board have been ignored, which they claim violates The Gaelic College Foundation Act. In the letter, they conclude by calling for open communication and constructive dialogue with the board. The foundation recently established a new executive to provide leadership and support and is working to develop a new strategic plan and Governance and Audit Committee.
