Several Québec institutions have recently established partnerships to create new pathways to degrees and diplomas. Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne and the Université du Québec à Montréal have established a DEC-BAC pathway that will allow college students in the natural sciences to bridge into a baccalaureate degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or the environmental sciences. Students will have three courses recognized toward their baccalaureate degree and will be exempt from select fees. HEC Montréal recently expanded its Specialized Graduate Diplomas (DESS) – International Pathway program through partnerships with two Belgian postsecondary institutions: ICHEC Brussels Management School and HEC Liège. Participating ICHEC and HEC Liège students will complete a year at HEC Montréal and earn a DESS in addition to the degree from their home institution.
