Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Melville School of Business will be launching a redesigned business program this Fall. The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management will follow a compressed course delivery model to accommodate work obligations and hybrid participation. The program has been streamlined to 33 required credits, enabling full-time learners to complete it in 12 months. “Whether you’re strengthening your organizational management skills, pursuing formal education to advance your career, or transitioning into a human resources or management role, this program is designed to prepare students for the real human resources management challenges that face organizations today,” said KPU Instructor Lesley McCannell.
