Lakeland College has unveiled the rejuvenated WHT Mead Building. The building was originally built in 1964 and it has been renovated to include 10 new class spaces. The facility also includes collaboration spaces, labs, classrooms, and faculty offices, as well as technology to support in-person and virtual learning. “Today’s celebration is about more than classrooms,” said Lakeland President Dr Alice Wainwright-Stewart. “It’s about ensuring our students have the facilities to learn and collaborate, to build foundational skills, and grow their expertise to go beyond the classroom and put their education into action.” Lakeland| My Lloydminster Now Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
