McGill, Johns Hopkins to launch a binational commission on Canada-US relations

McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy, the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and the Centre for International Governance Innovation have launched the Commission for the Second Century of Canada-U.S. Relations. This binational commission will examine Canada-US relations as the two countries mark a century of formal diplomatic relations. The initiative will focus on long-term co-operation in areas that are critical to economic resilience and national security. Bringing together senior leaders and policy experts from both countries, the commission will meet several times over the next 18 months, with a final report prepared for late 2027. CTV News (CP)
