MtA signs collective agreements with Staff Association, Facilities Management positions

Mount Allison University has signed two collective agreements with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) 3433 (MtA’s Staff Association) and CUPE 2338 (Facilities Management positions). MtA and CUPE 3433 ratified a four-year collective agreement and CUPE 2338 ratified a three-year collective agreement after discussions about wages and contract duration. “With all of the concerning times over the last two years we are glad that this agreement has been extended,” said CUPE 2338 President Jonathan Harper.
