Postsecondary institutions among Alberta’s Top Employers

Several postsecondary institutions have appeared among the 2025 Alberta’s Top Employers listing. The competition evaluates employers from across the province according to criteria such as workplace, benefits, and community involvement. Five postsecondary institutions appeared on the final list of 85 employers: Bow Valley College, MacEwan University, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and the University of Calgary. “To achieve our vision […], we rely on having faculty and staff who can share their passions and bring their best to their roles,” said MacEwan President Dr Annette Trimbee.
