Royal Roads University has bought a property in Langford, reports CTV News. The new property is currently home to a Catholic church, but RRU is reportedly discussing the land’s future with local institutions. “There are ongoing talks with Royal Roads University, the University of Victoria, Camosun College and the provincial government about future uses of the land, however, no plans have been finalized,” said Royal Roads in a statement. CTV reports that, while nothing has been confirmed, some in the community have expressed their hope for a new postsecondary school in the region.
