Saskatchewan Polytechnic has announced that it has launched a sport management specialty for students in the Business diploma program. Students will learn how to manage sport organizations and enhance their revenue generation. The curriculum was developed through consultation with industry and is validated by 19 sport industry professionals from 14 different organizations. “For sport organizations of all sizes, generating revenue is critical to their success and is also a significant challenge,” said Sask Polytech program head Stephen Kirzinger. “This program and its graduates will help these organizations generate revenue that will support their missions and goals and ultimately grow the sport industry in Saskatchewan.” Sask Polytech Note: Archived stories may contain dead links or be missing source links.
