Sheridan launches diploma programs in engineering, biology

Sheridan College has launched new diploma programs in engineering and biotechnology. The Electromechanical Engineering Technician (EET) – Mechatronics and Robotics program will provide a rapid training route for technicians. Students will learn about machine intelligence, automation, and advanced manufacturing throughout the program and acquire industry certifications as they study. In the Biotechnology diploma program, students will be prepared for careers in laboratory, production, and quality assurance roles. They will train in chemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology, and engage in hands-on training with biotechnology equipment and analytical instruments.
