UWindsor celebrates opening of Rodzik Hall residence

The University of Windsor has officially opened Rodzik Hall, its newest student residence. Named after donors Don and Gail Rodzik, the residence adds 238 units with 452 beds for students and includes a dining hall, six community lounges, and a house lounge. The residence was created through a public-private partnership with Tilbury Properties, and Tilbury Properties partner Michael Kaye said that it is the first new student residence on campus since the early 2000s. Residence community assistant Promys Robinson cited the importance of student residences, saying that “it’s more than just a place to live — it’s where strangers become friends, where late-night study sessions and shared meals turn into lifelong memories.”
