Dalhousie University has launched the “Bag of Ideas,” an online resource that offers curated wellness actions. The Bag of Ideas is a living resource comprising wellness actions from consultations, surveys, and open submissions. It acts as a tool for faculty, staff, and student groups that want to make changes to improve the well-being of faculty, staff, and students in their areas. Users will be able to add ideas to their “bag” and download a customized PDF that can then be shared or saved for personal use. “[O]ur hope is that the Bag of Ideas gets people thinking differently about wellness and taking some simple actions,” said Dal Manager of Wellness and Accessibility Jen Davis.
